Feather Communications to Present Seminar at Market the Valley Business Expo and Conference On Wednesday, May 18, the first annual Market the Valley Business Expo and Conference will take place at Hobbs Ice Arena in Eau Claire. I am proud to say that Feather Communications will be presenting a seminar during the event. The seminar, titled, “Leveraging Your Leadership Abilities,” will be an exciting presentation that covers leadership and its effect in the workplace. During the seminar, attendees will learn the key differences between management and leadership. And, by the way, management and leadership are not the same thing. We all know those who are managers, but may not be leaders. Furthermore, many of us have also worked with or for leaders who may not be in management positions. During the seminar, additional discussion will include potential leadership tips, techniques, and valuable historical information regarding leadership. I am especially excited to present this seminar because leadership is one of my passions. As I currently pursue my PhD in Organization and Management with an emphasis in Leadership, I find myself immersed in leadership literature â€" and it is fascinating!
